Returns: -Retail-

To be eligible for return, item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Item(s) must be in the original packaging -or a $5.00 repacking/restocking fee will be applied to your credit  -Item(s) must be returned within 14 days upon receipt.

Returns: -Wholesale-

All claims must be made in writing within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. No returns accepted without authorization.  A 20% restocking fee will be charged to all refused/returned shipments. For shipment received, the principals of the company personally guarantee the payment  of all invoices charged in the invoice named account. Any action brought arising from this invoice shall be venued in Los Angeles county.  In the event of any action or proceeding to collect monies due here under or to enforce or interpret any of the terms herofe, the prevailing party shall be etitled to recover reasonable attorney's and collection fees.

Past due invoices bear a service charge of 1.5% per month.

Once I've placed my order, how long will it take to arrive?

Orders are typically shipped within 2-3 business days, and standard Ground Shipping orders arrive in 7 to 10 business days. You will be emailed a tracking number once your order has been shipped to track your package. For orders shipped outside of the continental United States please allow 8-21 business days for delivery.
